We provide a range of products, including individual cuts like ground beef, steaks, roasts, ribs, organs, bones, and curated boxes.

Is your beef grass-fed, grain-finished, or both?
Our cattle are grass-fed and grain-finished for over 150 days for quality marbling.
What is the diet of your cattle?
Initially grass-fed, our cattle later consume free-choice hay and grain before processing.
What breed(s) of cattle do you raise?
Primarily Black Angus, with some legacy Hereford and Charolais bulls being phased out.
Where is your beef processed?
Processed at a local USDA processor, we ensure fresh inventory rotation.
Are your products USDA certified?
Our beef is processed under USDA inspection for quality and health standards.
How long are your beef products aged?
Our products are wet-aged for 14 days prior to packaging.
What shipping options, costs, and lead times do you offer?
We ship nationwide every Monday via UPS on dry ice, usually within 4 days.
How is the beef packaged and shipped?
Our beef is individually wrapped, labeled, vacuum sealed, with ground beef in 1lb packages.
What is your policy on cancellations, returns, or exchanges?
We offer replacements for shipping issues while resolving the matter with UPS.
Do you offer gift purchases or E-Gift cards?
Yes, both are available, with E-Gift cards accessible on our website.
